If you are receiving a tax refund, you can have it directly deposited to your account with the credit union. It’s simple, safe and a free service available to all GWFCU members expecting to  receive a refund from filing their federal and/or state tax returns.

Just above the signature section of your tax return you will find a box asking if you would like to have your refund deposited electronically. Simply indicate that you would, enter your account number with the credit union and list our routing number (also known as ABA #) which is 211179652. In this section you can also designate whether you would like your funds credited to your regular share account (suffix A) or share draft checking (suffix X).

In just a short time (estimated between 2-4 weeks), your credit union account will electronically receive your full refund. Your refund will be available for use on the same day it is received.
